Jere Gnader

I joined Bar T Realty in October 2023 after moving to Lampasas in October 2022. I absolutely love it here. My husband and I purchased our property in The Ranches at Blackbuck Ridge in 2018 and spent weekends working on it until it was ready for us to live on.  

Prior to moving to Lampasas, I was the Membership Director at the Pearland Chamber of Commerce and a realtor at Grit Realty. I moved to Pearland TX in 1992 but grew up in Iowa surrounded by corn fields and cows.  

As a real estate agent, I am focused on being the neighborhood expert in my community. Since I am new to the area but not new to The Ranches at Blackbuck Ridge, I want to start with what I know. And I know RBR and it is an great community that is a good place to make your home. I not only make it my passion to know the properties, but I also make it my passion to help make it an amazing place to live, work and play. We have a community where we connect and share so much. I treat our community like my own little chamber! We have tons of activities and ways to connect. Activities include Bunco, Women’s Wine-derful Wednesday, Sunset Saturday’s, Saturday Supper Club, holiday parades, and many more popup events throughout the year.  

The Ranches at Blackbuck Ridge is just under 1,700 acres in the beautiful hill country! We have 232 lots ranging from 5-15+ acres. You can be as private or as social as you want. I am very sociable so I can say I love my neighbors and the way they are willing to do anything for each other. I do have a funny story about when we first moved here. It had been days since I saw anyone out or even a car go down our road. I told my husband I think there has been an evacuation, and nobody told us! It’s that quiet! 

My husband Mike and I love gardening, cooking, and doing all kinds of projects around our ranchette. We moved here to be close to our sons that live in Austin and could not be happier with our property! Our little Abby-girl is our precious puppy that loves RBR too. When we are not working on something you will find us with family and friends drinking wine and making pizza in our pizza oven.
